About Me

Terry LeClair is an accomplished executive with experience in the real estate industry spanning several decades. From his earliest days as the CEO of Prudential LeClair & Associates Realty in Ontario Canada, Terry has shown a remarkable talent for growing businesses, recruiting agents, and driving sales.

One of Terry’s most notable accomplishments was being recruited from his home country of Canada to California to serve as Executive Vice President at First Team, Christie’s International Real Estate in Irvine, CA. During his tenure, he oversaw 24 offices, managed 20 senior managers and 6 assistant managers, and was responsible for the growth, profitability, and P&L responsibility of the organization. He fostered a collaborative and empowering company culture for 2,200 real estate agents  and was also involved in the implementation of First Teams technology platforms.

Terry moved on to serve as Chief Revenue Officer/Executive Vice President of Sales at Western Resources Title, an affiliated First Team company, where he was responsible for the revenue growth and profitability of the organization. During his three-year tenure, Terry grew closed-order count by 48% and closed revenue by 47%, managed five senior managers/vice presidents, and developed successful lead generation strategies and initiatives. He was responsible for all growth and recruiting practices and for creating effective training to ensure the adoption of new systems, processes, and technologies.

Terry transitioned to the CEO & Founder of ZinCasa Inc, the first agent-friendly lead generation iBuyer platform (cash offer company) that assists agents in competing against institutional iBuyers. Over the course of ten months, before the sale of the company,  he worked diligently with a technology development team building a three-phase technology platform which is the first of its kind in the industry. Terry successfully oversaw all activities in this early-stage startup enterprise, from recruiting top talent, all legal activities, accounting, and KPIs, to developing and opening new markets. Terry has won numerous awards and accolades throughout his career for his outstanding work in the real estate industry. During his time in real estate sales, Terry was consistently one of the top Realtors in the country, selling over 100 homes per year for 15 years consecutively, all while recruiting, coaching, mentoring, and training newly recruited agents. Terry has also developed real estate marketing and technology strategies that resulted in numerous awards, including the Top Prudential Office in Canada and the National Bell Business Award for Marketing in 2008.

With a wealth of experience in real estate, training, and coaching, Terry LeClair is a highly respected executive and leader in his field. His extensive knowledge and expertise have made him a sought-after speaker and trainer, and his passion for the industry continues to inspire others.
