For example, if you purchase a $600,000 home and the commission on the buyer's side of the transaction is $15,000, you will receive approximately a $3000 credit at closing. The amount varies based on the sales price and commission rate.
Who is eligible?
- Military (active duty, retired, discharged, reserve, military personnel immediate family members, and Department of Defense civil service employees)
- First Responders (firemen, police, and EMTs)
- Nurses and Doctors
- Teachers
To be eligible, employees must be employed full-time and provide an employee ID or pay stub to verify employment. Military members must provide a military ID CAC—the Common Access Card or the DD Form 2. If you are a military retiree or military family member, you must have a Uniformed Services ID Card. You can rest assured that your personal information will be handled with utmost confidentiality.

- To be eligible, the Hero must register for the program before contacting a real estate agent. Existing clients are not eligible.
- The Hero may register by filling out the form or calling the number below.
- First Team will verify eligibility and counsel the Hero on their real estate needs.
- The assigned First Team Counselor will connect the Hero with an exceptional and experienced agent who is an expert in their market to serve your needs.
- Upon closing your transaction with the assigned real estate agent, you will receive the reward rebate.
What is unique about this program?
- The cash rebate/credit is credited to you immediately at the close of your transaction.
- The credit amount is unlimited; the higher the sales price, the higher the reward. Some other programs are capped and limited to a sliding scale.
- You may use any lender you wish. If you are interested, our affiliated loan officers provide a myriad of loan options to further assist you in financing the home of your dreams.
- You have access to other valuable programs and services that First Team has to offer.
- This program is available anywhere in the US where allowable by law.
