And now that the powerhouse brokerage has welcomed industry legend Rob Norquist to lead its Newport Beach office, it’s expected that their success will only continue to gain momentum.
With more than 20 years of experience as a leading real estate professional in the highly competitive marketplace that encompasses coastal Orange County, Rob Norquist is one the industry’s most accomplished experts—and having spent much of his career working as the broker of record for Hom Sotheby’s, where he managed more than 250 agents, his expertise far transcends the art of helping clients buy and sell property. The former President of the Newport Beach Association of Realtors, Rob now serves as a director not only for that organization, but for the California Association of Realtors as well. What’s more, he’s been a leader within the Southern California Multiple Listing Service for many years.
Over the course of his career, Rob has closed nearly $400 million in residential real estate himself—and the quantifiable accomplishments he’s enabled his peers to realize are virtually incalculable.
