According to data released by market reporting agency Trendgraphix, company wide, we have closed 199 transactions of $1 million or more in Q1 2017 in Orange County—more than any other local brokerage. This statistic is significant, given that the closest runner-up closed just 148 transactions in excess of $1 million during the same time period. But what is perhaps most impressive is the trajectory it illustrates compared to last year’s numbers: Year over year, our Q1 $1 million-plus transactions have increased at a rate of 51.9% in Orange County, and at a rate of 43.5% throughout Southern California.
