First Team Real Estate’s Hall of Fame Gala, one of the real estate community’s most celebrated events, took place on the evening of Friday, March 2 at the Monarch Beach Resort in Dana Point.
An annual affair now in its 39th year running, the Hall of Fame Gala—which celebrates the drive, commitment and accomplishments of the First Team’s top-performing real estate experts—was attended by more than 600 people, including agents, company executives, and prominent members of the community.
“The Hall of Fame Gala is a wonderful celebration in which we take the time to recognize our sales associates for all that they do to move our company’s mission forward,” explained Michael Mahon, President of First Team Real Estate. “On behalf of the entire leadership organization at First Team Real Estate, we are incredibly proud to have been able to honor so many sales associates for their accomplishments in 2017.”
Determined by criteria including listing and sales volume, Hall of Fame awards were given both to individuals and teams. Receiving the program’s Founder Awards were the Lily Campbell Team as well as the Jody Clegg Team, while Philip DeMatteo was lauded with the coveted Lifetime Achievement Award. Terry Karges, office manager at First Team’s Anaheim Hills location, took home the program’s Excellence in Management Award, and Vikki Morrison was given a special award celebrating her 40 years of excellence within the organization.
Given First Team’s commitment to empowering its agents with a comprehensive suite of resources and tools—all of which have been designed to facilitate exceptional client experiences marked by efficiency and value—the organization as a whole continues to outpace the competition with regard to market share and client satisfaction. With a heightened focus on expanding its business throughout California this year, the brokerage is set to outperform all expectations in 2018.
