Hardworking, disciplined, and driven, Beau Beardslee proudly steps into the role of branch manager of the First Team/Christie’s International Real Estate Newport Beach office. Joining the U.S. Army in 2004, Beau served beside special ops Navy Seals, Rangers, and Special Forces, to conduct hundreds of missions in his distinguished career. As a combat veteran from Operation Iraqi Freedom, he developed strong leadership, perseverance, and professionalism that he has integrated into his real estate business, and now his role as manager.
A man with a vision and a plan, Beau hit the ground running on his real estate career after an honorable discharge from the Army, working for 7 years at a prestigious real estate investment firm while completing college courses. He ultimately earned a Pre-Law degree from Concordia University, all the while participating in hundreds of real estate transactions throughout Southern California. Joining First Team Real Estate as an agent himself in 2014, Beau was an immediate success thanks to tireless hours of door-knocking, open houses, and relationship building within his community.

A Southern California native, Beau has a deep understanding of the local luxury markets and prides himself on keeping up to date with the most recent developments within the local communities. Placing an emphasis on using proven strategies for success to keep agents accountable, he ensures others achieve their projected goals within the competitive luxury space. As a disciplined professional well versed in luxury real estate, Beau brings stability and focus as the new leader in the company’s Newport Beach office.
